Highlights from the 2019 Valentine’s Day Luncheon

Bodnar Financial has proudly specialized in working with widows and single women for more than 30 years, and our annual Valentine’s Day Luncheon is one of our favorite events of the year.

It’s a simple thank-you to our widowed clients for putting their trust in us, and a fun way to let them know they’re in our thoughts during this often emotional holiday.

This year, our featured speaker was author (and Chatham native) Marta McDowell, who gave an entertaining presentation about her latest book, The World of Laura Ingalls Wilder: The Frontier Landscapes that Inspired the Little House Books.

Not only is the book beautifully written, but Marta curated the perfect collection of historical and garden images to accompany the words. The final product is a must-read.

Each guest went home with some sweet treats and a signed copy of Marta’s book. A big thanks to all who attended the luncheon!
